During your 30 minute complimentary get-acquainted coaching session, we will listen to you to understand what you need; and do a short coaching session on something relevant to you. We will discuss options for next steps. Then you decide about future coaching sessions.

More about an RM Coaching relationship:

Relevant Ministry Coaching is a relationship-based process for leaders seeking to grow personally in their calling and to lead healthy ministries. Healthy ministries are growing ministries and are led by healthy leaders.

Here are some of the ways that RM Coaching assists leaders:

  • to transition to your unique path and set new direction
  • to seek to clarify what's next
  • to discover roles and become aware of personal strengths
  • who feel stuck and would benefit by gaining an overall picture of obstacles
  • who desire to make a difference and move forward

Coaching is a confidential, non-judgmental relationship built on trust and respect. Coaching is not therapy and is not about uncovering or analyzing emotional issues from your past. It is forward-looking, action oriented and focused on taking you to the next level.

RM Coaching helps you reach your preferred future:

A helpful tool we use is The Nehemiah Response Model™. It is a biblical transition process for revitalization. The model captures the ten responses of Nehemiah and will help you, your church, or your organization develop a custom solution to get from where you are (Present Situation) to where you want to go (Preferred Future).

Through implementation of The Nehemiah Response Model™, the Relevant Ministry Coaching experience can help you transition. The opportunities and challenges of today can shape tomorrow’s successes.

In your transition, between your present situation and preferred future, you will experience four stages at various levels depending on your unique situation - incubation, implementation, celebration, and transformation. The NRM is a process that provides a reproducible and repeatable strategic framework for positive change in life and ministry.

What others are saying about the Nehemiah Response Model™:

Nelson and Pam have captured the essence of what is needed to move out of difficult problem spaces. We all have them, big and small, and it's important to get the traction needed to move forward versus getting stuck. The Nehemiah Response Model is a great approach to problem solving and the Roths are great resources for implementing it. They've been there.

Nelson has captured the concept of transition very well! Also, the NR model is helpful for those who prefer to see the transition path, and not just think about it.

Nelson Roth has put his thumb on the key ingredient in church change, the ability to see that you need assistance to change a church and that it is a cyclical process. In his Nehemiah Response Model he shows churches how to meet the needs of those around it, while transforming the church into a place of help, reconciliation and spiritual transformation. I have been personally blessed by Nelson's insights and compassion, and I recommend his ministry as a timely refocusing of the Body of Christ back to meeting human needs that will lead to spiritual transformation.

Nelson's Nehemiah Response Model is a 'how to' biblical transition process. The model, integrated with social and behavioral sciences, fits well with the Transtheoretical Model which proposes how we change. What I like about the Nehemiah Response Model is that it goes beyond behavior change to transformation.
