Following nearly forty years of local church ministry, Nelson and Pam serve full-time with Relevant Ministry and are moving into an incredible time in their lives.

Nelson and Pam's ministry focus is helping to build healthy church ministries by coming alongside leaders helping them achieve their professional and personal goals.

As God has been leading and preparing them for this transition, they are becoming increasingly aware of the need for revitalization and spiritual rebuilding.

God has brought together a dynamic team committed to serve with Nelson and Pam. Through Relevant Ministry, Jeff and Angie Hegstrom and Brad and Teresa Houchin are building relationships with leaders and impacting Coastal communities for God’s glory. They are focusing on the ‘training future leaders’ and ‘serving communities’ respectively, while Pam and Nelson are focusing on ‘building healthy ministries.’
